Being a ward emergency preparedness coordinator (still trying to place it in current church structure), a group assistant and my wife being a Primary chorister , also serving as ordinance workers at St. Louis, keeps our empty nest hopping, our grandchildren talking and our military hop life keeps us interested in Hawaii and world affairs. Life is great, the Lord is merciful and beneficent, and Missouri is crowded and humid. We are adapting to a semiretired life style, and looking forward to an opportunity to serve the Lord in the mission field and I still wonder where are Elders Randy Walker Sr., Richard Mann, Jim Hunt, Javier Mercado and Thomas Bacciocco? And the other group elders James Christensen, Doug Near and Bruce Cunningham? I was suprised to find Giuseppe Pasta and Bruna Canal on Facebook! I thought I saw one of the Bressan boys on the Church Italian leadership directory years ago! And to kind of top it, I got published on mormon.org! |
